Vertical splitter ZW 1000 for sale

We are offering this new ZW 1000 mobile vertical splitter for sale. The wood splitter processes tree discs up to a diameter of 900 mm into firewood logs.

Side feed with plate conveyors

• Log diameter: max. 900 mm
• Required wood length: 200 – 500 mm

Conveyor belt

• Belt conveyor, 3000 mm long
• Foldable and adjustable via cable winch

Hydraulic drive via external PTO shaft

• Minimum power requirement: 35 kW
• Maximum PTO speed: 1000 rpm

Chassis

• Compressed air brakes
• Parking brake (hand crank with cable pull)
• 40 km/h approval

Hydraulic system

• Maximum operating pressure: 200 bar
• Splitting force: approx. 20 tonnes
• Splitting stroke: 530 mm
• 200 l hydraulic tank

Control

• Control panel with HMI touchscreen
• Control: PLC
• Operation: Manual or automatic mode

Extras

• Drawbar swivels on one side (60 degrees)
