The vegetables are positioned in the machine with a perforated sieve unit. After drainage is complete, the filled sieve unit can be removed manually from the machine. Drainage occurs directly from the casing. Drainage connection at the rear.
Working speed of the centrifuge: approx. 300 rpm / Drive power: approx. 1.5 kW. Control: The centrifuge is accelerated to the operating speed by a ramp control with frequency converter and later decelerated by a brake rectifier. Centrifugation time is adjustable. The acceleration and deceleration time is approximately 10 s respectively. The sealing cover of the machine is integrated into the control system, so that it is impossible to open the machine during operation.

A filter press for solid-liquid separation of suspensions in cheese production. It consists of 3 presses and includes drive and control. Filter cloths (2220 x 770 mm) filled with suspensions are inserted into the filter presses. The press plates are pushed forward step by step in a total sequence of 10 hours with the aid of a stored sequence control.
Vacuum drying is ideal for heat-sensitive drying products such as food. A vacuum reduces the pressure around the product to be dried. This lowers the boiling point of water and allows moisture to evaporate and be extracted quickly even at lower temperatures. The result is highly effective drying. They have large openings for cleaning and are round in design to prevent the formation of deposits that are difficult to remove. The extracted and chopped materials are filled into the feed hopper of the screw conveyor and from there transported into the drying container. In this tank, the water content of the materials is evaporated and, after filtering, condensed in a condenser. The condensate is collected in a collecting tank. The heat required for drying is taken from a heating or steam circuit and made available to the process via a heat exchanger. The drying container is heated indirectly, there is no active ventilation of the drying material. After the drying material is completely dried, it is transferred through a chute of a screw conveyor into a collecting container.
