Z axes / X axes / Y axes

Machine for unwinding copper wires with diameters of 1 – 3 mm from copper coils vertically placed on European pallets. The pallets are loaded with 3 to 5 copper coils. With this machine it is possible to unwind copper wire coils from 30 pallets, each loaded with 5 copper coils. Technical description: The copper wires are fed through a ceramic nozzle to the brake unit, which consists of 2 felt disks clamped against each other. The wire is guided behind the brake unit via a pulley with plastic downholder and fed via various felt and plastic guides to the downstream unit.

Example:
A profile is fixed, the longitudinal beam is positioned in a movable way to insert steel wire mesh into the grooves. A second profile and the oval handles are inserted and fixed according to size. Once all parts have been inserted and clamped, welding can take place. Once the welding process is completed, the clamping devices are released and the welded construction can be removed.
