Sawing and splitting demonstration machine

Convince yourself of the robust quality of the ISSA 700 automatic saw gap machine by using our demonstration machine. The saw splitter processes thick wood up to 700 mm in diameter into uniformly sized logs.

Equipment details

• Log feeding via push system, with automatic log length measurement to avoid offcuts, for log lengths up to max. 6000 mm
• Epsilon crane: S100F86 fully hydraulic timber loading crane, hydraulic outreach approx. 8.60 m, Epsilon timber grapple and 6-way proportional hydraulic valves.
• Hydraulic saw drive: Hultdins Super Cut 100
• Control: Siemens SPS 1200 (remote maintenance)
• Sequence control: optionally in manual or automatic mode
• Control monitoring via remote maintenance
• Trunk diameter: 200 – 700 mm
